        All of our Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post. Please be aware that all orders being delivered to PO Boxes will be shipped with Australia Post’s Standard Service.

        Orders received before 10:00am (Queensland time) will generally be dispatched on the same day, however, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.

        Orders shipped using Australia Post are generally delivered within 4-8 business days. Orders shipped to PO Boxes using Australia Post are generally delivered within 8 business days.

        INTERNATIONAL

        New Zealand

         

        All of our orders sent to New Zealand are shipped using Australia Post.

        Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.

        Orders shipped to New Zealand using Australia Post are generally delivered within 4-8 business days.

        All international orders sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means additional charges (duties and taxes) may be payable upon arrival in your country. For more information refer to the Duties and Taxes section below.

        USA, Canada, and Mexico

         

        All of our orders sent to USA, Canada, and Mexico are shipped using Australia Post.

        Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays. 

        Orders shipped to USA, Canada, and Mexico using Australia Post are generally delivered within 7 - 12 business days.

        All international orders sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means additional charges (duties and taxes) may be payable upon arrival in your country. For more information refer to the Duties and Taxes section below. 

        Rest of the World

         

        All of our orders sent to the Rest of the World are shipped using Australia Post. 

        Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.

        Orders shipped to the Rest of the World using Australia Post are generally delivered within 10 - 12 business days.

        All international orders sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means additional charges (duties and taxes) may be payable upon arrival in your country. For more information refer to the International Customs Charges and Duties section below.

        INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES AND DUTIES

        All international orders sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means additional charges (duties and taxes) may be payable upon arrival in your country. 

        These charges are determined by your local customs authority. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or any shipping charge that may apply to the order. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs authority if you are unsure of the applicable charges related to your order.

        If you refuse to pay these charges your order may be returned (if it is economical to do so) or abandoned. If the order is returned, we will refund your order less any return freight costs incurred. If it is uneconomical for us to have your order returned your order may be abandoned and Yeah The Boys will not be held responsible for any loss as a result of this occurrence.

        Returns

        Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

        Exchanges (if applicable)
